separate operations, including timber in Horry County near Myrtle Beach
and a multifamily residential complex in Greenville. In North Carolina
GBC owns a multifamily residential complex in Matthews, a suburb of
Charlotte. In Georgia, GBC owns a multifamily residential complex in
Gainesville, north of Atlanta.
