GBC owns approximately 38.8 acres at the intersection of U.S. Hwy 1 and County Road 510, all on the west side of U.S. Hwy 1. This includes 17 acres on the north side of C.R. 510 that has a current zoning designation of CG (commercial general), with the capacity to be developed into 175,000 to 200,000 square feet of retail/office space. The remaining 21.8 acres on the south side of C.R. 510 includes 13.4 acres that has a current zoning designation of CH (commercial heavy), 3.4 acres zoned CG, and 5 acres zoned OCR (office/commercial/retail), all of which could be developed into another 200,000 square feet of general office and retail space. Additionally, GBC subsidiaries own three CVS Drug Stores located in Florida and Ohio.
