Wabasso GBC owns approximately 38 acres at the intersection of US Hwy 1 and County Road 510, all on the west side of US Hwy 1. This includes 17 acres on the north side of CR510 that has a current zoning designation of CG, commercial general, with the capacity to be developed into 175,000 to 200,000 square feet of retail/office space. The remaining 21 acres on the south side of CR510 includes 13.4 acres that has a current zoning designation of CH, commercial heavy, 3.4 acres zoned CG, and 5 acres zoned OCR, office/commercial/retail, all of which could be developed into another 200,000 square feet of general office and retail space. Additionally, a GBC subsidiary owns the CVS located on the SW corner of this intersection.
