GBC also owns 303.75 acres in St. Lucie County, FL at the intersection of Midway and Shinn roads in the City of Port St. Lucie, one of the fastest growing cities in the State.  The property has a future land use of 1,314 residential units on 263 acres, commercial general of 175,000 square feet for office/retail on 20 acres, 5 acres of institutional use and the balance in a park area.
